"To start, the receptionist was on her phone on speaker while checking us in. When I asked if I had adjoined rooms that I requested, she said that Expedia didn’t communicate with the property, so we had to move our room. When we got to the room, the overhead light didn’t work, the air conditioner make knocking sounds all night, and the shower had minimal water pressure. I don’t recommend staying here."

"I reserved two rooms. 1 king Efficiency and double queen room. The double queen room had visibly dirty bed spreads and a microwave that locked on us after heating up our food. The hotel staff came and took off the spreads, said they would send someone to make the beds and they never came back. The hotel clerk came to check the microwave and said they would bring a replacement and never came back. I went down the next morning to request a replacement and one was brought up to the room.
