「We loved the location of this hotel and I loved the view from our room which was a view of the Gentle Giant ski run. I didn’t appreciate that they didn’t have daily maid service, considering how much we paid to stay here. There was a slip that you could fill out to request towels. I put that in and they called and said that I had to come down to the front desk with my dirty towels and they would give me clean ones. They couldn’t deliver the towels because they had too many bookings, but...

「Very good stay. Room was clean and staff were very good. Entire facility however is looking a little tired: elevator is uncomfortably clunky, carpets worn, paint chipping. Would be good ( as I have seen in other on hill accommodations) to have a bench outside of the ski storage room for people to change from shoes to ski boots to avoid excess carpet wear. 」
