"Needed a place for a few nights after coming in for a funeral. I didn't like any of the hotel options and this was a perfect solution. The house was immaculately clean and very cozy. Master bed was very comfortable. neighborhood was quiet. Owner was very Gracious in letting me check in just a bit early so that a could drop my bags and change before going to services. all in all, I would Highly recommend. thanks again Patricia!"

"I enjoyed my stay here. It is a very nice home. You can walk right out back and fish or just sit by the water. Water view when indoors is nice. Host was very responsive. Please know that you cannot take fish remains to the dump. They have signs, and they told us they do not accept them. "Great location on Lake Marion. Dock is set up for fishing and we caught a few big ones. House itself is exactly as described. Maybe not the Ritz, but it's Lake Marion. It's perfect for what it is. Very nice screened in porch looking out over the water. Almost a low country feel to the property and views. About 5 min from 1-95 and 10 min from Santee Food Lion. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped appropriately. Great location for a golf weekend as well - plenty of decent courses...

Our family had a great time fishing on the dock and all over the lake in our bass boat and caught some bass and a catfish.
