I love everything about super 8.very clean breakfast every morning plus the pool is open now.all the shopping stores and places to eat is all in the area so you don't need a car .

They need to do a better job cleaning the room the bathroom was not clean properly had some smell and they were ants all over the place walls are dirty floors are sticky bed sheets were stain and yellow.

The shower in room 103 was either all cold or all hot so I had to take a bath instead. Also the night clerk was very helpful when my AC/Heating unit had to be reset, she came to the room and reset it for me. She was very helpful and professional.

Woman at the counter couldn’t be nicer! The room did NOT look like the pictures at all. The bedspread had cigarette holes in it, it stunk like stale smoke even though it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room, and the little couch in the room looked like it was picked up from the side of the road. It was gross. We walked in the room and walked right back out and to the office for a refund. The outside looked nice, but the owners need to get new furniture and linens.

This a budget motel that could use some updating and repairs. Breakfast's ok but doesn't change from day to day. The rooms are clean, the stuff in the rooms work and the staff is easy to work with. Which is why I stay here every time I've been to Sumter.

The room was full of fire ants, and when we called down to the front desk the indian guy cused us out. After one night in the room someone down the sidewalk took a crap on the sidewalk and they never cleaned it up. It sat out in the heat for 2 days. It was disgusting. The orange juice was fake and the jelly and butter were expired. I will never stay there again. Bugs all in the room and the beds were harder than a brick very uncomfortable and brought home bugs in our luggage as well. This is a disgusting place. The crap on the sidewalk took it to a whole new level. I mean seriously who takes a dump and has diarrhea all over the sidewalk and no one to clean it up. It smell so gross that I almost threw up walking around it. The only person that was great there was Candace the lady when we checked in but the motel itself was digusting. The pool was gross as well.

They rent to people who don't have a home; there should be a difference for people who are homeless and those who are traveling; I felt unsafe; the room needs repair, and the table and chairs were ones from a house where you have a small table and chairs that don't match; the towels need to be replaced; they are faded, or unwashed; my sheet was dirty at the feet; the motel needs to be updated; people were out talking in front of the door; it doesn't look like what they showed online. I felt misled. I feel that Wyndham does better than this. I only got the towels replaced that I turned in, but I couldn't tell that they were fresh because they're so old; I will never stay there again

Room reeked of smoke, receptacle by sink did not work and would not reset, tv remote batteries were corroded and had no back to hold them in place, door jiggled, and pool did not look used in a long time. Had to sign paperwork acknowledging it was a smoke free facility while being warned by front desk clerk that there were no non-smoking rooms available. Unable to use second room reserved due to smoke, and companions traveled home instead and commuted daily to local softball tournament. Truly disappointed in the Wyndham property.

Our night check-in person was very helpful and polite, it went downhill from there. The room had clean sheets and towels. Grime on the walls and in the corners, dark spots on the ceiling. Some money spent on paint would go a long way. Breakfast.... Carbs and cereal, folgers coffee, not the coffee advertised on the dispenser. Person at the desk was more interested in being on the phone than cleaning the sparse dining area. I got the feeling the franchise owner was in it for what they could get out of it and damn everyone else. Must be owned by a politician.
