「It was a wonderful place to stay.」

「This is an excellent hotel. It was recently remodeled. The gym is much larger than most for hotels in this class. The pool was large and in working order. The breakfast was very good with many options. Perhaps more important than anything else, it was very obvious that the staff cared about hotel guests. This included everyone from the front desk staff to the lady preparing breakfast. One last thing, and this is important, breakfast is served at 6 AM even on weekends, which is great for...

「We were in the room closest to the interstate, and there was no noise from the road or from within the hotel. The bathroom sink counter is wide, and the bathroom lighting is excellent. The room is spacious. The blackout shades were perfect at keeping out outside light. The bed was comfortable. The A/C worked great and was quiet. The ice machine was convenient. There was a wide selection of breakfast foods including cereal, eggs, sausage, apples, oranges, and bananas.」

「The carpet was super stained and the kitchen staff was so overwhelmed that I had to get a refund for breakfast; I waited for 30 minutes without the server coming to take my order after I was greeted. On the plus side the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The person at the front desk was very helpful in helping with the refund for breakfast.」
