Property was very close to the square and its sights. With easy access to the train stations to get to and from the airport and other places of interest. We had the room for 3 nights for four adults. It’ was a lot smaller than I expected especially for four adults. Two of us booked another room nearby for two of the nights in order to get more space and enjoy the break more. It was very hot with one small fan available for the whole apartment. I did message the management to request additional fans but no response. Would recommend the apartment for 2/3 adults or young families. But not four adults.

Avoid this property at all costs. We booked Liv Apartments specifically because breakfast was included and delivered to the room. On arrival, we were wrongly told we had to pay extra and had to spend hours arguing before they honoured the booking. After one correct breakfast, they ignored our meal choices and repeatedly delivered the same meat breakfasts despite my partner being vegan. They then stopped responding to calls and messages altogether. To make matters worse, the apartment itself was in poor condition: broken windows, a broken hairdryer, a broken shower head, and towels that smelled terrible. Customer service was non-existent, communication was ignored, and the services advertised were simply not provided. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I've had, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone. Also avoid as there is active tram line outside the property that won't let you sleep.

Quick and easy check in, staff all pleasant and friendly. Breakfast nice and set us up well for the day. Lots of lovely shops, bars and restaurants nearby and not too far from the old town. Good location as not central to everything yet close enough to get to everything.

Nice place near centre of Krakow. I will return there is possible.
