"We really enjoyed spending the weekend here for a wedding in town. We managed to catch the Christmas parade in downtown Mt.Dora, which was a lovely town.The place was easy to find and the price was reasonable. My only note, I wished the floors were cleaner, lots of dirt left behind which really made my partner uncomfortable. The shower was very nice and the bed was comfortable. AC worked very well and generally the place had a LOT of charm. "

"The Side Gate was a wonderful stay! It is beautifully appointed from the structure to the pillows and bedding. The host has thought of everything. Provided coffee, everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom was gorgeous with plenty of towels and extra amenities. Host provided lovely welcoming note. Unit also has side yard that we did not have time to use but would is nice spot to enjoy time outside. We walked to downtown Mt Dora which was reason for the trip. This was a perfect stay!"
