"The room was fine but the bathroom needs modernising and it was a bit of a hassle trying to lock my room door on the way out (you had to fiddle with the inside door handle and then close the door in a firm manner) The breakfast ( like in most Thai hotels I've been to) have very limited vegetarian options ( unless your big on toast and fruits). "Our family had an excellent experience at the property. On the first day, our 4 year old fell off a bike and injured himself. My wife had to accompany him in the ambulance to the hospital. The hotel sent a vehicle to retrieve the bike, and had a driver follow to the hospital. Afterwards, they sent a taxi to transport us back to the hotel without charge. We were very appreciative for the help. The property is located not far from the Sukhothai historical park, and has free bikes for use. There are tuktuks and golf cart rentals with free pickup. The rooms are very clean and the gardens are tranquil and beautiful. But most of all, we loved the friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!"
