Television uses streaming and did not work. The facility was not busy with occupants however a new guest was placed directly adjacent my room and the walls are not very well sound proofed causing annoyance hearing them when trying to sleep. If not busy suggest staggering your guests to avoid this. The brief service encounters were very courteous. The room was very clean and furnishings well situated.

Very happy with everything. Clean room, nice continental breakfast, awesome coffee options (cappuccino/espresso/latte machine: fabulous!), plenty of pillows, and great tv options. Owners and managers professional, personable, and conscientious folks who clearly like their job and take pride in their business. Location is nice too--near the highway but quiet and close to shops and restaurants. Glad to have found it so pleasant and would book with them again on future trips to Sudbury. Thanks, guys!
