"The staff was among the most helpful I’ve ever experienced. The happy hour featured local high school musicians- excellent. Easy access to the metro, but the walk there from Central World Mall is hectic and a little rough."

"They have upgraded many facilities at the hotel with more to come. Service is excellent & efficient. The hotel location is extremely convenient. Coco Walk is a very fashionable dining location just opposite the hotel. Bangkok's premier fashion shopping mall is within walking distance (15 mins) "
"The breakfast menu lacked variety, but the options available were manageable. There's a 7/11 nearby, some restaurants 3 minute walk from the hotel, there's a laundromat, spa as well within very close proximity. The bed was very hard making it hard to sleep. In the hallway, there were dirty kitchen plates someone had left on the floor and I would see it abandoned there for 2 days, when staff should have removed it immediately. The front desk and hotel staff (doorman, baggage handler) offered overall great service. "
