「Let me start by saying this property is located in one of the most beautiful wine regions in the world. You wouldn’t be able to tell that be stepping inside the hotel. For labeling itself a wine resort and spa, we weren’t even offered a wine refreshment upon checking in. Any questions at the front desk were answered with bored and unhelpful answers. Just five minutes down the road we encountered a beautiful b&b we should have stayed in instead. Never again LOISIUM」

「Aussicht von der Terasse ist traumhaft. Essen war sehr gut und Wellnessbereich ist nicht riesig aber ausreichend.
Lediglich hätte für den gezahlten Preis der Service proaktiver sein können. (obwohl das Restaurant fast leer war, kamen die Kellner so gut wie gar nicht an den Tisch und haben eben sehr selten gefragt obs noch was sein darf)」
