"This hotel has been one of my favourites to stay in. Have told everyone about it and recommended it to anyone going to Prague. From the location right next door to the Metro station, to the beautiful hotel itself it does not disappoint. The reception staff are amazing, especially a lady with brown hair - I didn’t catch her name but she will remember us as my husband wore shorts the whole trip! She was so friendly, helpful and polite and really helped to make our stay. Thank you! The surprise little gifts on welcome and on leaving were a beautiful touch, as were the bottles of free water. The breakfast was amazing. If you couldn’t find something to eat here there is a serious problem. There really is everything catered for. Hot food, cereal, fruit, pastries, cakes, gluten free. All tasted amazing as well. We loved the piano playing in the main entrance and sat and had a drink in the bar/cafe area when we first arrived as we were early. And loved hearing it piped around the hotel too. The hotel was spotless, very clean, and the beds were so comfy. Got some of the best sleep in years here. My only wish is you had more of these around the world as I would stay with you every time! Thanks for an amazing stay. "

"yes good hotel, good stuff, excellent breakfast, advantage also breakfast served starting 7 AM and even if you come 6:45 (what many guests do) you will not be asked to wait till 7:00, only maybe will not get sausages as hot food appear at 7..."

"Large, clean room & bathroom. Parking garage is a bit pricey but it is equipped with EV chargers. Breakfast is good & extensive but very busy. Connection to tram next to hotel & subway to downtown & Old Town just a couple stops. Free guest laundry!!!"

"The hotel was perfectly clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of options. Everything was truly worthy of five stars! A special mention goes to the manager, Michael, who was extremely proactive, professional, welcoming and friendly. A real credit to this hotel, even if he does support the Magpies! "

"Everything was excellent, with the exception of the blanket, which appeared soiled (yellow discoloration from perspiration). While the bed sheets were clean, the blanket itself was dirty. Breakfast was fabulous with many choices, probably the best we have ever had in Prague. Wellness was great, but a bit busy after 5 PM. The sauna world was excellent. We will stay again."
