Staff could have been more welcoming when my flight home was cancelled and I preferred to stay in the same room for 2 more days (13) in total and had to pay over $1,000 to stay in the same room.

Overall a very nice hotel. The room was stylish and comfortable, but we'd have preferred more drawer space. Our other grumble is the paper cups for hot drinks.

The hotel is really beautiful, service is great, room is big, clean, has all the amenities. Food is super delicious and great variety for breakfast or dinner. Had little confusion for the extra charge for SPA, so be aware it cost extra, but in Expedia site its not really visible, so needs to be updated. But SPA is worth visiting, really great. Overall enjoyed our stay, thank uoy to reception team for being so helpful and welcoming, bar and restaurant staff for their great service.

Highly Recommend if you are visiting Milan. Location is convenient.

Great location, close to Duomo and La Scala. Nice rooms. Breakfast good but not amazing, great Cappuccinos custom made by barista. Enjoyed stay here
