Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine pendant les fêtes de Noël. Nous sommes arrivés lors de la période des grèves, avec des horaires de train décalés et Merci à PHILLIP le propriétaire qui a été TRES arrangeant. Appt cosy, Situé à 10-15mn à pied du centre de Strasbourg, ( juste un peu galère pour pouvoir garer sa voiture ). Je recommande cet appartement.

Appartement très propre fonctionnel très bien localisé pour visiter Strasbourg près du centre ville à proximité une boulangerie et un carrefour market très pratique. Nous avons été très bien reçu avec des bons conseils sur les visites de la ville. Nous reviendrons c est sûr ! bonne adresse à transmettre

Très bon séjour

Très bon accueil. L'appartement est très bien situé. Il est proche du centre ville (5 mn à pieds). Il est à 1 bon km de la gare, pour prendre le TER et visiter les alentours de Strasbourg. Il y a une boulangerie à coté de l'immeuble. L'immeuble est calme.

stilvolle Wohnung mit viel Atmosphäre, allerdings etwas heruntergewirtschaftet

Die Wohnung ist sehr sympatisch, stilvoll und absolut zum wohlfühlen. Wir waren dort mit 5 Personen und haben es sehr genossen: Die positiven Aspekte - Die Wohnung hat echt Stil, alte Stuckdecken, alte Holztüren, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. - 10 min zu Fuß bis ins Zentrum von Strassbourg - sehr ruhig, bei geschlossenen Fenstern stört der Straßenlärm nicht, Lüften kann man zum Hof - Küche ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem wichtigen was man benötigt - Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und unkompliziert und hat alles gut erklärt - Bettzeug und Handtücher waren da, auch für die 5. Person. Was man verbessern könnte: Die Wohnung sollte öfters nachgesehen werden: - Die Wohnung wird nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. - vieles war defekt: Aus dem Wasserhahn in Toilette kam nur sehr wenig Wasser, (Händewaschen musste man also im Bad nebenan), die Kühlschranktüre war defekt, Die Filter-Kaffeemaschine haben wir erst mal entkalkt, eine Kanne Kaffee benötigte ca. 2h zum Durchlaufen (ist jetzt wieder ok). Es gab Reste vom Vormieter im Kühlschrank und Tiefkühlfach, da will man gar nicht wissen, wie alt die Sachen waren. Fazit: Wohnung ist empfehlenswert, wenn man tolerant gegenüber nicht funktionierenden Details ist, und auch bei der Sauberkeit nicht so genau hinschaut. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt!

Beautiful apartment in perfect location

We spend 3 wonderful days in the apartment of Michelle Bertrand. The location is perfect: 10 minutes to the town centre and supermarkets + a bakery are 3 minutes away. We needed only 15 minutes with the bus to the central railway station. Michelle Bertrand was kind and obliging, so we strongly recommend this apartment.

Appartement standing est un peu exagéré

Idéalement situé pour les activités prévues lors de grand WE, cependant, beaucoup de laisser aller dans les équipements. Difficile d'avoir une eau à température constante pour prendre une douche, douchette cassée, vaisselle assez limitée et très ancienne, pas de lave vaisselle.

Bon séjour.

Très bon séjour, malgré le froid. Appartement très bien situé, dans un quartier tranquille, proche du centre avec toutes commodités (Cathédrale très facile d'accès: On sort de l'appartement, on tourne une fois et tout droit pendant 10 petites minutes). Déco chaleureuse, parquet sympa, immeuble joli. L'appartement est grand, bien équipé (La machine à laver était la bienvenue) les draps et les linges de bain étaient inclus, en quantité suffisante et propres. Petit bémol sur la propreté cependant (cuisine un peu grasse et WC moyen, canapé taché), mais rien d'affreux. Je recommande ce lieu pour ceux qui veulent être près du centre, mais pas trop loin de l'autoroute. Avis aux gourmands: pour manger un morceau rapidement il y a pas mal de chose à proximité mais pour un bon resto typique et gastronomique il n'y a rien aux alentours. Monop' à 5', cafés et snacks pas loin, fleuriste, friperie... Il y a un parking gratuit sans parcmètre à 10' à pieds au nord ouest, pour les longs séjours sans voiture. Il y a aussi pas mal de places de parking dans les rues adjacentes au boulevard. Nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit extérieur (la fatigue sans doute) ni par les voisins. Nous étions un groupe de jeunes adultes entre 21 et 26 ans, pas mal dehors. Propriétaire joignable et qui répond rapidement.

Family Christmas

Stayed here for the Christmas holidays with family (20 Dec - 26 December) . Thomas was very helpful with all of our questions and was very accommodating with our special requests. Nice large apartment that easily accommodated 6 people. The apartment is close to the train station, the Cathedral, Christmas markets, grocery stores, and a fabulous bakery recommended by Thomas. The reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 is because the apartment needs some updating. The furniture, cookware, and general cleaning all need done and then it would be a 5 star. Thank you again Thomas for all your help!
