「Recently refurbished location. Clean and well-kept room, numerous accessories and services provided to the customer, such as welcome snacks and complimentary water, and Rituals branded soap and shampoo. Welcoming, charming and friendly staff. They have come to meet all our needs and requirements, including food allergies and intolerance. A great overhaul experience. Highly recommended」

Access to a fully equipped kitchen and lounge was very useful and comfortable. No real place to leave my bicycle but it was indoors and safe nontheless. I really enjoyed the walking tour of Derry provided by staff at a reasonable price. The staff were only available at their sister location around the corner which could be a little inconvenient.
