In this spacious villa you live comfortably and only 15 minutes from Vimmerby with its entire range of shops, restaurants and Astrid Lindgren's World.
At the entrance you are greeted by a large and inviting hall with an adjacent bathroom equipped with a shower. The cozy living room offers two comfortable sofas and a TV (German channels), perfect for quiet evenings. The well-equipped kitchen has a dining area and direct access to the garden and pool area - perfect for relaxation and outdoor meals. On the entrance floor there are two bedrooms, both with comfortable double beds.
On the upper floor there is a large living room, furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a large TV - an ideal gathering place for cozy evenings. There are also two bedrooms here; one with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed, and the other with a sofa bed for two people. A fresh, fully tiled bathroom with shower is also on this floor.
The large plot offers plenty of space for ball games and other outdoor activities. The pool, which is 10 meters long, provides a wonderful opportunity to cool off on hot days (not heated).
Just a few minutes' walk away you will find a beautiful small swimming area at Stångåns damm - perfect for a quiet moment by the water.
Things to see and do in the area
In Storebro there is a grocery store, municipal swimming area, exercise track, frisbee golf and a very nice golf course in Fredensborg. In 15 minutes you can get to Vimmerby. Here you can visit the famous and popular Astrid Lindgren's World and Astrid Lindgren's Näs, where Astrid Lindgren grew up.
For those of you who like motorcycles and motocross, the MX World Collection, which is one of Europe's largest museums, is well worth a visit. They have a collection of over 350 different bikes and it is a world-class collection that you can view on site.
Just outside Vimmerby you can go to Bullerbyn and you can also visit Katthult, where the Emil films were filmed. If you want to experience moose up close and also pet them, you can go to Virum elk park.
The coastal town of Västervik, which has been named Sweden's best summer town in 2020 and 2021, is a 45-minute drive away. Here you can walk and shop in galleries, shops and maybe find some bargains in the flea markets or eat a good meal down in the harbor. If you want to swim, you can go to the beautiful Lysingsbadet, which has an aqua park. If you want to go to a good spa facility, you can go to the fantastic Gränsö Castle. You can also take a boat trip out to one of the islands in the beautiful archipelago.
