Our stay was OK. Breakfast was good and was included in our package. Car park price is about the same as other parking in the area. Good transportation links. Tram stop is a short walk. Heating didn’t work. There was a notice in room to say don’t adjust thermostat on radiator as it is controlled from reception. Informed them but radiator still cold. When we came home late our key card would not let us in front entrance. Another couple turned up and their card didn’t work. They said there was another entrance round back. Key card worked there. Overall ok but maybe needs a bit of updating. Shower was underpowered.

A good hotel, very convenient for meeting up with friends. The only problem was a continuous buzzing sound which made it very hard to sleep. I tried switching off all electrical appliances but it appeared to be coming from outside the room. I even went down to reception to see if they knew what it was and could do anything but they didn't seem interested.

Staff behaved as if guests were an inconvenience. As if they were surprised and rather irritated to be busy/fully booked when a major event was taking place at the NEC nearby. Sauna not working, no towels in the leisure club, staff member on duty in the leisure club very rude - openly slagging guests off. Reception staff made check in unnecessarily complicated and stressful. Breakfast was fine and the bed was comfortable, EV charging also seamless. But other than that, really disappointing. Would not stay here again.
