「La peggiore esperienza di anni, rimpiangiamo ogni centesimo versato. Non c’è nulla che giustifichi l’importo pagato. La peggiore assistenza mai ricevuta in loco. La donna delle pulizie che avrebbe dovuto accoglierci, si è presentata con mezz’ora di ritardo facendoci trovare le chiavi vicino alla porta nonostante fosse stata avvisata dell’orario di arrivo.
