「It was an extremely pleasant stay with very helpful and attentive personnel. The large room with sauna was really amazing and also the small terrace with a view to the mountains. The indoor and outdoor pools were very nice and all together the facilities are great. The breakfast was excellent and also the dinner option is very recommendable. 「Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Bett bequem. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das einzig negative war, dass das Zimmer etwas hellhörig und die Straße sehr stark befahren war.」

「The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. Upon arrival the room was clean and smell cleaned, this is a rarely in most places. The hotel is older but they do a great job at keeping things modern and up to date. The spa and pool area are great with indoor and out pools and jacuzzi. 「Unfassbar tolles Hotel! Wir waren begeistert. Super modern und wunderschön. Alles war sehr sauber und das Personal was sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind sehr früh angereist und wir konnten bereits unser Auto dort parken. Auch für den late Check Out gibt es Toiletten und sogar Duschen! Wahnsinn. Wir waren wirklich sehr begeistert. 「This boutique hotel is central to everything. The staff was absolutely wonderful! I ended up adding a night so I got to experience a couple of different rooms. Both of which were on the front side and absolutely lovely. Personally, I liked the first room. I had a little bit more, although it was the more basic room, the second room I had was on the third floor, and it definitely felt a lot more private, was quite a bit larger, had a great balcony, and a lovely view of the mountains. 「Wenig Gedanken gemacht das keine Saison ist und alle umliegendenden Restaurant und Geschäfte in Dorf Tirol geschlossen sind. Weihnachtsmarkt in Bozen und Meran besucht. Im Hotel wurde kein Nachtessen angeboten. Leider wurde das in keinen Unterlagen erwähnt. Die Hoteleigene Bar war zwar offen bis 21:00 Uhr. Wollte man etwas konsumieren wurden wir durch die Reception aber auch den Chef verwiesen auf die kleine Minibar im Zimmer. Mit dem Gästepass konnten die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Museen...

「Froh wäre man, wenn einem der Code vorab mitgeteilt werden würde, damit man überhaupt ins Dorf und später zum Hotel kommt. Kein Frühstückstisch vorbereitet und für uns reserviert. Barbetrieb war die ersten 2 Tage nicht aktiv.in den nächsten Tagen kam Beat, der uns hervorragende Drinks zubereitete. Negativ aufgefallen ist uns das Personal, das immer und überall im Weg stand und sich ebenfalls an der Bar aufhielt. Es gab aber auch einzelne Mitarbeiter, die sich sehr bemühten und ihren Job...

「Not quite a 4-star experience. A beautiful property and nice rooms, but let down by poor housekeeping and disappointing evening meals in particular for children. Lacking the Austrian charm that we would expect and enjoy on a skiing holiday. 」

「Excellent excellent property!! Every penny was worth it.. one thing i could point out to improve would be the dinner time staff could do a little better… but this didn’t spoil our stay at all. Very good hotel, everyone was super helpful and friendly. Pools were amazing and very well maintained. Will definitely visit again and will recommend to other travellers visiting the dolomites.」
