"Great location to restaurants and many attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Agusto checked us in and gave us some amazing local recommendations. I have a very sensitive nose, and the hotel smelled absolutely incredible, which made a great first impression. We were so pleased with our room. After hopping around Italy, this stay felt like the perfect mix of convenience and affordable luxury. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. The only small downside was that the blackout curtains didn’t fully block out the light, but everything else was truly fantastic."

They always called a taxi for us, the room was very modern and had charger ports in walls, plenty of towels, everything you could hope for it did We explored Florence and Tuscany while here and weren’t able to take advantage of the spa amenities so we can’t comment on that. "It’s a clean, spacious, very practical place to stay I loved the AC ;) we had everything of what we needed , even we had to share a bathroom it wasn’t an inconvenient at all, we had also our own shower inside our room. I highly recommend this place if you are out and about. Very affordable and practical, location was amazing, stuff… very helpful and polite In other words… NO COMPLAINTS :)"
