It offers approx. 100 km of well-signposted hiking trails and a well-groomed network of ski trails in winter. But sports such as mountain biking and Nordic walking are also popular. Climbers can practice their sport on the Finkensteinen or the ""Twelve Apostles"". High mountains of 800 m surround the place, such as the Hermannsberg, the Ruppberg, the Hohe Möst and the Donnershauk, on the crest of which the Rennsteig runs along. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. (Youth) groups are not allowed. In the winter months there may be limited evacuation of the path to the holiday home. The landlord will then help you with your luggage on the approx. 350 m long walk. (Youth) groups are not allowed.
