This Ski-In, Ski-Out 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse has a three level floor plan and a large private deck facing the ski run. The well equipped kitchen features both granite and butcher block counter tops, an under-mounted sink and a flat cook top stove. There is seating for eight at the dining room table as well as an outdoor table with seating for four. The living area with a vaulted ceiling and two stories of windows has a TV with a DVD player as well as a gas fireplace and access to the deck.

Our professional front desk staff is available to our guests every day, and check-in is available 24-hours a day in our conveniently located welcome center on Mt. Werner road. We have housekeeping services and a maintenance department should you need assistance with anything at your rental property. Great slopeside location.

The condo unit is right on the ski slope, making it easy to ski in and out during the day. This was ideal for us with a family with two small kids where we could trade off who was watching them. Unit is comfortable and spacious. Management was very responsive to some minor issues that came up. And Steamboat is a great place to ski overall.

Even though the condo is dated, it’s very comfortable. The ski out hill is treacherous we’ve all fallen getting down the hill to the run and we are very experienced skiers. But accessing the mountain is very close. There was a problem with the wifi, because the office information was out of date. The view from the condo is spectacular. However, the location is so far up the hill that you need a car to get anywhere. Thank god for Uber and Lift.
