Great location

We had a family of 5 adults and this property worked out great for us. The shuttle bus stops directly in front of the unit. Very convenient. The property had everything we needed.

Close to mountain

Property is conveniently located and very quick bus ride to the mountain / town, but unit is looking dated, furniture is worn, carpet isn’t overly clean, and sheets are pilled. Could use some TLC but is still a good option

Great Mountain Getaway

Though smaller than I thought, it was adequate - very comfortable - very clean - nice & quiet - large, fluffy bath towels - nice kitchen - great location - close to City Market & Safeway - great view of ski run through living room sliding glass door.

Steamboat stay

I unfortunately did not see the email about the garbage until I was gone. I’m sorry about that. There was a load of damp laundry in the dryer so I finished drying it and folded it and put it on the dining table. You may also want to clean the top of the refrigerator and the door. Also the glass shelf in the master bath was very dusty.

Nice stay for family ski trip

The place is just as in the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. The free bus to and from the ski area stops right in front of the parking lot, making it super convenient.

Bad Communication/Grounds Conditions

The place was nice enough, we all came out for a Festival just staying one night. We were a bit frustrated considering the Festival started at 1 and we could not check in until 4. After trying to reach out through email to check in a bit earlier we never heard anything back. Once we were finally able to check in they were still cleaning and we had to wait another 15 minutes. Also, there was a skating rink in front of our door, and the place had a very funny smell in it. Lastly when getting ready to leave there were no cleaning instructions, even though each room said they were posted in the kitchen. We were disappointed to say the least, especially for the amount of money they wanted for only an 18 hour rental. I would suggest staying somewhere else if possible.

Hot tub closed

The hot tub was closed due to Covid and appeared to have been closed for an extended period, but this was not disclosed in the description. The property was otherwise as listed and the location was great.
