This quiet upper level condo provides all the comforts of home and is an ideal jumping off point for your Steamboat vacation. Nestled 500 yards from the slopes, with a stop for the free bus in the parking lot, and a short walk or peddle to the multi-use trail, this convenient Shadow Run location puts Steamboat and the Yampa Valley right at your fingertips without breaking the bank.

The condo comes complete with in-unit washer/dryer, full kitchen, gas fireplace, leather sofa sleeper, free wi-fi, cable tv and music/video library. There's an outdoor pool and a new outdoor complex with hot tub and fire pit for the weary adventurer or lounging vacationer as well. These comforts are much appreciated after a memorable day skiing Steamboat's Champagne Powder and famous trees, after a long day biking or hiking the trails, or just soaking up the Rockies.

Outdoor activities abound in Steamboat and our condo puts you in the middle of the action - the flat, city long paved multi-use trail starts just outside our door, following the beautiful Yampa River, taking you downtown while connecting most points in between. The free bus stops at Shadow Run and takes you everywhere in minutes (and runs late night for the great apres ski!). Unwind as you float down the river, concentrate on its famous trout, take a cool dip after a day hiking or biking, the Yampa River offers fantastic recreational possibilities.

From rodeos to art festivals, hot spring water parks to baseball tournaments, Steamboat appeals to travelers of any age. Resort town shopping, fine dining, a vibrant downtown, and a great music scene, Ski Town/Bike Town USA truly serves up something for everyone. Perfect place, perfect price!

We are two hardcore skiers looking for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom place with easy access to the shuttle to the mountain! The place is immaculate, and we love that the lock is a code, so we don’t have to deal with a key.

Great weekend getaway!

Our family had a great stay at Mark’s condo. It was comfortable for our family of 5 and we had everything we needed. Free bus stop right around the corner to get to the ski slopes & easy drive to downtown. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Location

Mark is an excellent host. Kitchen is fully equipped with spices and everything needed for cooking. The main living area is very nice. The bathrooms were a bit dated but suitable. For sure an excellent price quality choice. Loved the location! I would stay here again.

My family had a great stay at the Apres Ski condo at Shadow Run. The property was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was amazing. We walked to the ski resort and were a 5 minute drive to the old town hot springs We didn’t use the free bus literally right outside the front door, but that’s an amazing perk. Would definitely stay again. Do note for the summer months there is no AC. It was plenty cool in the common spaces and primary bedroom with many fans provided. Bathrooms and hallways quite stuffy.

Very clean, kitchen had all we needed to make meals. Close to the bus and or walkable to the slopes. Owners were easy to get a hold of. Would stay here again. Loved the fire place, very cozy. Sheets were soft and comfortable.

The condo is exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and clean, 2 bed, 2 bath. Easy access to the free bus that drops you off at the mountain. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Wonderful stay in fully stocked condo!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It is fully stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, towels, sheets, and fans for those warm summer days! We were able to get a last minute late check out which was also much appreciated- the owner communicated with us efficiently and timely. The pool is a little disappointing but would stay again!

Great place to stay while skiing! Free city bus stop just across the parking lot to take you to the gondola or town. Hot tub super close. Very clean. Washer and dryer. Dishwasher. Great price! Highly recommend!

Great place - close to shuttle

Mark’s place was as described. Clean, comfortable and with a shuttle stop to the mountain steps from the building. Steamboat resort is in walking distance as long as you are not wearing ski boots. We loved the no hassle access to skiing and would definitely stay here again. We could not locate the key to the hot tub but in fairness we didn’t reach out to the host to help solve that issue either. A welcome booklet with property details could help future guests who hate to be a bother.
