Spoke to reception about it but no improvements could be made that’s just how it was. Otherwise lovely stay thank you"

"It took me a while to figure out how to open the secure box containing my key card when I arrived after the reception had already closed, but check-in the next morning was swift and the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and equipped with everything one might need."
