「Excellent property with a great view」

「The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. The space was perfect for our family and pets. The view was incredible. 」

「photo on your site is very misleading I had to live with ants for the entire stay no air conditioning, no window screen.... broken door piece, no clothes hanger unless asked for, no hair dryer... all surprises but very clean room no pet allow」

「I've stayed here twice now. I feel the first time was more enjoyable. This time was last minute, booked four day the morning of a 5pm check in time, so the host was accommodating but we felt they weren't quite ready for us. Dishes were dirty, water in the shower looked like the pipes were rusty. Ran orange. Only got one towel for the two of us, even after requesting a second one. They seemed to be doing some sort of construction or something. So there was quite a bit of loud noise and people...

The only struggle was that the streets are very busy & noisy, yet thankfully my room was still quiet overall. The overall hotel was a true sanctuary away from the chaos that is fairly constant in Pattaya City. Lisa」

「Very tall elegant historic room. Lovingly cared-for. No TV was a surprise initially but it allowed to finish reading a great book I bought at the bookstore a block away. Wonderful coffee shop downstairs with great views of the water.」

「There is no parking available even though the listing states that it includes one parking spot. The curtains are not darkening and the hallway light remains on all night which made sleeping in challenging. There was a long dark hair in the freshly made bed. The only heat source is from the bathroom. Only good thing was the location - right downtown and very walkable. 」

「I guess this is strictly for lovers of the past. Smell is so strong that it's gonna follow you for the next at least. Had to keep the balcony doors open throughout the night as it was hot even with the fan constantly running. In my opinion doesn't worth the money.」
