"We stayed here for being close to the airport and because it had a shuttle as the information about the hotel said. In fact it does not have a shuttle, that is false advertising! Check in was very quick with no personality, the fellow mumbled so bad that it was a bit hard to hear him. The only good thing about the room was the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable otherwise it was smelly, rundown and dirty. The shower tiles need a toothbrush to clean the orange slime out of. As well they need to switch their coffee tray to disposable because it doesn’t seem to get cleaned much between guests uses! I would not stay here again! The amenities in the area are great tho, a food court area with choices for fast food dinner was great. It definitely is an area for catching an early flight only. If you’re not flying early, stay in the town! "

"Nice Pool and Gym were Positives, Wifi and phone signals are terrible at this location especially in the room. Room was clean but in need of a refresh"

"Staff were amazing and the setting unbelievable but the rooms are in real need of updating to a modern standard eg no bedside plugs or usb ports for charging devices and the bathroom I stayed in had mould and warped bits of wooden decor "

"Reception staff were excellent. Room was well appointed and the bathroom very clean. Bar and wait staff were very pleasant and courteous but in need of further training."

"My wife could not connect to the Wifi on the firestick that we brought from home. She tried the front desk, but there was nothing they could do. So they then resorted to buying the movie on the "Internet TV" Youtube, but that also just showed the loading screen and never ended up working. It was dissapointing as I booked it for my wife and her friend to have a nice relaxing time away from the kids. "
