The start was excellent, friendly and helpful. The location was great (close to the palace and public transportation).
We visited in Spring, the weather was cold outside but the temperature in the rooms was set too high, we could not seem to get it lowered in the room.

Matress was saggy in the middle. No shuttle service but wheelchair assistance staff came to the hotel to bring the person all the way to the gate.
