"What a unique hotel! We absolutely loved the moooons theme, with carefully thought out special details throughout the hotel and rooms. Staff were friendly, kind, approachable and helpful. All minor questions or issues we had were instantly resolved. The location is fantastic, perfect for exploring Vienna. The room was comfortable, modern, clean and well equipped. The window seat was such a lovely feature. The staff went above and beyond for our anniversary, even putting in chocolate truffles with a thoughtful hand written note. Roof bar was closed for our visit which was a shame given the good weather but understandable given the time of year (mid April). Breakfast is delicious! So many options and freshly prepared. Wouldn't stay anywhere else if and when we return to this wonderful city. "

"Very close to subway; just 2 minute walk away. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the city center. You can go to almost every where travelling by subway lines from Landstrasse. You can shop from the market chaşns like hofer, spar and billa near the Hotel (within 1 minute walking distance. I strongly advice you buy the breakfast too with the room. Rich and delicious breakfast. The staff was really klnd and helpful. "

"Overall we had an amazing stay. Friendly welcome, all staff were super lovely and helpful, really can tell they enjoy working there and it makes it a great place to be. I usually don’t spend much time in my hotels when I travel, but I went out of my way to make the make most of the facilities and atmosphere here. They make amazing caipirinhas at the bar as well. Rooms were immaculate, very current and well equipped. Smart tv’s in room and also having fridge were a great features that not every hotel has but really makes it feel like home. Great location, tram stops right outside and there’s a S-Bahn station within 5 minutes walk, plus a Spar and a few takeaways. My only one suggestion would be to perhaps streamline the check-in process. I had to provide quite a lot of information on a tablet which was not ideal after being tired from hours of travelling. Perhaps there could be a way to provide my information in advance to speed up the process? Overall an amazing stay, truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed and easily the best in terms of value for money. Definitely recommend!"

"Great value hotel not too far from the old town with good public transport connections. Staff were exceptional, both reception and at breakfast. Wide range for breakfast kept well topped up. Highly recommend."
