Old Timers call this part of the island "The Narrows" where the sand is just wide enough for a single row of homes.

Ideal for a family vacation or for a Romantic getaway for 2. Step down from the back deck and stroll the sugar white sand beach. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms 2 full baths, large living area and 2 decks overlooking the beach. You can watch the sun set into the Gulf of Mexico from this Beach home. Beautiful location in a home that has quite frankly seen better days. The ravages of time to wood at a location like this, plus 2 recent hurricanes have created a nice, basic place to stay in a great location. Many maintenance, repair things need to be addressed, but quite frankly they may cost more than the home is actually worth at this point. To be clear, we enjoyed our stay. The accumulation of sand, due to storm surge, at the first ten feet of driveway make access difficult unless one is driving a 4 wheel drive (AWD) vehicle or big truck. We struggled to get in and had to be towed out when we wanted to leave.

We had a great time staying here. The location is perfect to enjoy time out on the patio or a walk out on the beach. It was a little outdated but not a big deal! Especially with the ability to walk right out the back door to the beach. It had everything we needed for our stay!

Perfect place to stay when you don't want a crowded beach. We loved the quiet. Very nice to walk right out of the house, and be on the beach. Felt like a private beach! Great places to eat and shop right down the road!

Great experience overall! The porch overlooks the ocean and is perfect! I was very happy to see plenty of cooking pans and pots and utensils. This is a must for a nice relaxing vacation right on the beach!

We had a great stay down in Indian shores. wife and kids had a few things to say about the house being dated, and some little things that need attention but it’s on the beach, and plenty of room for us. Simple check in. Location is what we went for and it’s in a great spot!

Our stay was great! If your looking for an affordable beach house with awesome views and close to restaurants and shops this is the place for you. We ordered take out the entire stay so we werent concerned with a super updated kitchen or other things. This house is no frills but good.

Everything was amazing! All the amenities included, pots and pans coffee maker etc. perfect location! The beach is right there and it’s a quiet part too! It’s close to everything. The beds were super comfortable! The check in process was so easy and the owners were great with communicating with us! The only negative thing was that we couldn’t get the cable to work but we also suck with technology. You’ve got the beach so why do you even need tv? We will be back!

The house and property was just as described. The location was amazing and the house worked great for the three couples on vacation. It was awesome to be able to sit out on the deck in the mornings and evenings and be able to walk right out to the beach. There is areas of the house that could use a little updating but nothing that affected our stay. Would stay here again!

The host responded quickly and was very gracious with our needs and requests. The property is right on the beach with a view of the gulf from every room. We were very comfortable in the home enjoying the patio and sound of the waves at night . The kitchen supplies were very minimal which didn’t bother us as we ordered out mostly .

My family had a wonderful time. Beautiful views and large living room. Spiral staircase was not in photos and did become an issue with our young children. We bought a baby fence to surround it to prevent them from climbing. Overall, we enjoyed this property and would return.

5 Star fun, views from the deck and rooms. Private access to the beach. Walk for miles, kayak for hours, slip into a beach chair and watch the sun go down. House is located walking distance to bike rentals, restaurants. Quick drive to many activities and area interests. Plenty of space in the house, as described. 2 stars for cozy.

If you are looking for luxury and modernized amenities this might not be the best option for you, however if your interest is a beachfront house with gorgeous views and direct access to beach then you are in luck. The balconies are a great feature to enjoy gorgeous sunsets and listen to the ocean waves. The owner is very hospitable. Overall it was a great experience!

Location was great. Pictures on website are very old. Wood flooring in dining room had holes in it. Holes in walls,filthy dining room chairs, toilet was broke,cockcroch found. It could be a wonderful place. Needs ALOT of TLC. I paid too much for what all was wrong. Beautiful view and sunsets.

The location is great. Right on the beach and not far from everything Indian Shores has to offer. The photos are old and there are houses very close to the property. House needs some repairs. For example, the kitchen could do with significant updates to countertops and cupboards. Deck is great but needs to be sanded and refinished. Living room could use another seating space. Overall the place was a good value due to its location!

Location is what it’s all about. The worn interior of the house is not good. Needs updating badly. We loved our time there once we accepted that the condition of the house is what it is. With the worn out sofa plus plus being replaced, the house would be fabulous. Here’s hoping that happens

Great Location, Had a great time till the crew showed up at 7:00AM to start doing roof work and reshingle place. Did not know any of that would happen. After getting very upset they left. parking is very limited.
