This beautifully decorated 3‑bedroom, 2‑bath oceanfront condo sits directly on one of the most pristine white‑sand beaches along Florida’s Gulf Coast. Whether you’re planning a romantic escape or a fun‑filled family vacation, our smaller complex offers both privacy and convenience — with endless activities on site and within walking distance.

Amazing property! Will book again. Only advice is make sure you have dishwasher pods, washing machine, pods, and trash bags. We only had one of each.

We absolutely loved our stay at 103 Seaview! The unit was clean, comfortable, and had all the items needed for a week’s stay at the beach. It was very easy to get to the pool and the beach. The balcony was wonderful and we spent a lot of time relaxing out there. We loved the proximity to stores and restaurants. We had breakfast and dinner at the Reef across the street. We walked to John’s Pass. We communicated with the property manager and she was very kind, helpful, and accommodating. We can’t wait until next year!

What a great place to stay!

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated! The pool and hit tub were up and running and well cared for. The view was indescribably beautiful! We loved it!

Perfect vacation spot

This condo had absolutely everything we needed, for both inside (cooking) and outside. Beach toys, beach chairs towels. Even a shower chair that was incredibly helpful with my elderly mother. Great views. Beautiful Condo.Being directly on the beach with compacted sand for the VERY short walk to the water, was so helpful with my mother also. The kids had a great time. Would definitely stay there again.

Only steps to the beach

Overall stay was amazing, we enjoyed the close proximity to the pool. Grandparents could sit under the covered patio and watch the grand children splash in the pool and hot tub below which were meticulously maintained. There was a presence of staff every weekday and he was friendly and professional. The beach was clean and well maintained by the city. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had most of what we could want/need to cook.

There were a few things that could have been cleaner. The sheets on a couple of the beds did not smell clean so we had to Wash them. I also found a huge spill under one of the beds. There is also a smell coming from the washing machine pipe. The property manager was awesome. Very responsive and helpful.

Great place, loved the pool and close access to the beach. Restaurants are close by. Kitchen is large and well equipped, large bathrooms. Loved the balcony great view of sunsets!

The condo was great for my 3 kids, parents, and my husband and me. My dad is a wheelchair user and the condo was great for that. It was clean and the location was amazing.The kitchen is sparse! Hard to cook for a family of seven with no baking dishes, bowls, etc. otherwise the condo is fabulous for big families. As far as the property manager and owner, by far the very best I have ever experienced and we’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s. This is a great place to stay! I hope we can stay again!

Plenty of towels and beach towels, Need to bring all your essentials, spices, condiments, storage containers and paper towels, dish soaps. Proximity to beach is unbeatable.

The condo was very roomy for the seven of us. It was modern, clean, and convenient. Most of the neighborhood condos had similar families with children, so fun for all. Our beach views and sunsets from the balcony were amazing!!

Great location, fun, friendly staff and return guests, steps to the white sand beach, convenient location with restaurants/bars walking distant. Condo was beautifully furnished, we loved it!!! This property was decorated to our taste. It was completely loaded with all the kitchen tools, baby equipment, beach chairs and toys needed for a relaxing week. TV's in each bedroom a bonus!! Spacious balcony for enjoying beautiful sunrises and sunsets!!

Great location, great beach!

Super convenient location with great pool and spa. Beach was super accessible and had lovely weather. I would recommend bringing some essentials if you are staying for a week. Condo was well stocked for reusable items, but lacked a healthy supply of basics. (Soap, bath tissue, garbage bags) All in all was a great stay and would book again for future visits.
