Host was a fantastic communicator. The property exceeded our expectations. The listing photos were good, but the property was even nicer in person. Wonderful space, and location. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Nice, but needs some attention.

Large, open concept, lots of windows (corner unit), nice finishes; fantastic views of the intracoastal from large balcony. Location is great! There was a wagon but no beach toys as pictured, only 1 noodle for pool but there were a couple floats. Nice we could use the storage room to store our bikes. Host notified us a few days before our arrival date that the elevator wasn't working. Multiple neighbors said it hadn't been working for months (since the hurricanes). It was being serviced on and off the entire month we were there and did work most of the time but I chose to take the stairs as it was working sporadically and with glitches (my husband did use it). There was a paper tacked to the door stating to bring your cell phone on the elevator. 4th floor unit so would be a problem if we had mobility issues. Unit looked clean when we arrived but floor was only lightly cleaned, was actually really dirty (water was filthy when I mopped it); windows were very dirty inside. Bathrooms were nice and clean although the showerhead in the master is cheap and there isn't a lot of water pressure. Kitchen was stocked with low quality basics; I like to cook but this is not a chef's kitchen. There was only one kitchen towel, one sponge. We stayed for a month; there were no cleaning supplies, not one rag. The ceiling fan in the guest room only works with the light on, not good at night for our guests. Host quickly responded (within the hour) to an issue we had.

Lovely Place

Beautiful condo with everything you need to enjoy your stay! My only negative comment is deck furniture needs updating, We enjoyed the pool and the location of condo. Close to everything, yet out of the way of the busy streets

Winter Escape

Beautiful setting, great location, well-maintained property and unit made our winter get-away just perfect! Whether we were enjoying the pool and dolphin visits by the docks, or we were utilizing the provided (and appreciated) wagon and chairs at the nearby beach, we were so happy to get home (back to the condo) and relax on the balcony with that beautiful water view! The unit is spacious and offers all the comforts and conveniences of home. The owners were very responsive, friendly and easy to work with. Loved our stay!

Love this property!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property! The condo itself was beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. It is very roomy, the beds are very comfortable, and it everything you could possibly need are supplied. Angela was a wonderful host, very easy to communicate with and left a lovely welcome basket on our arrival. The views are amazing, we loved seeing the dolphins regularly and so many boats going by at all times! We loved that there were several restaurants within walking distance, as well as being able to walk to the beach, and it was great that beach chairs and towels are provided as well. We also loved the heated pool, it was very clean and so relaxing. We hated to leave, hopefully we can come back soon!!

Annual Sister Trip

The property is very beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed for our annual sister trip. Angela was very accommodating to any requests and questions that we had. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Treasure Island/St. Pete Beach

Fresh, clean, newly renovated, quiet location, located steps from activity. What a perfect location on a quiet street with views of the sunrise from your bedroom or L/R balcony and views of the sunset from the front door/balcony. Only steps to the pool and canal waterfront where you may catch a glimpse of the dolphins or sit on the dock and watch the boats coming and going. The beautiful white sandy beach is only a block or so (very short walk) away from your unit. Great beach and beautiful sunsets. Walking distances to some fun restaurants and all sort of activities just a short car ride away. Our host was fabulous, answered any questions we had immediately and left us with a nice basket of goodies upon arrival along with some local travel brochures and maps. I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach!!!

paradise beyond imagination

Spectacular scenery of inland waterway and Gulf of Mexico and interior decor is amazing -all our guests were also thrilled with this condo -a 5 star for sure!

Spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The owner was very helpful and always willing to help..

Condo with a great view both front and and back doors. Everyone that visited us were impressed. We are coming back next year, we loved it.

Dolphins, Sunrises and Sunsets....Oh my!

This newly remodeled 2b/2b condo was the perfect retreat for our foursome. The view was fantastic! We enjoyed gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, pleasant boat traffic and the occasional dolphin or two. Restaurants were close by and the heated pool was perfect. Other residents were very friendly, which was a nice bonus. All in all, we would had a great time in a wonderful location in a beautiful condo. We highly recommend this property.

Great time.

The Condo was great - open, clean and the host was very helpful - provided a list of things to do in the area etc...we had a great stay! The neighbors were great too (one even dropped off homemade cake - so sweet!) Enjoyed this great get away!

Condo close to everything

Beautiful view from balcony we even saw dolphins! Condo was close to beach and several restaurants and Publix. We walked everywhere and enjoyed our stay.

Treasure on Treasure Island

We loved our visit to Treasure Island. This condo is on the waterway and an easy walk to the beach. We loved the beach wagon! We had an issue with a few areas that needed more cleaning and they were addressed immediately! The owner is very responsive and friendly! The beds are very comfortable! I would suggest a small step stool to help us short girls get into the bed. Loved the two king size beds and two bathrooms. Great condo for 2 couples. There is a large futon in the living room if extra sleeping space is needed. The condo has been beautifuly updated! Pool was heated and awesome! We will definitely come back!
