Welcome to the old Florida with a complete modern design renovation. Located on the dead end street this .5 acre, almost 2,000 sf house is your perfect gateway to beaches, Florida sunshine and hospitality. Heated private pool will ensure that you can enjoy the outdoors year round and for those rainy days, gather around for a game night or enjoy the game room with Foosball and air hockey/ Make it a vacation to remember!

Guests have access to all living spaces in the home. There is one small storage space that is locked as it is being used by our cleaning services company.

Nice stay

Good stay overall. Place was as advertised (minus the arcade games which weren’t working). Quiet location but close to the water and spring training which was the reason for our stay.

Tarpon Springs

We had a fun trip visiting our daughter and family. It was a good location to the sponge docks and other attractions. The house was very clean and well stocked.

A lovely home

This house was perfect for four older adults. One of the king size beds was very high, but we managed okay. The ping pong table and arcade machine were fun and would be even more fun for kids. We'd stay here again.

Family reunion

This home was perfect for our family of adults and 2 children. The property was clean and just as described. The living area was spacious and the game room was so much fun. It was well equipped and perfect for our weekend stay

Short Time but a Good Time

We were only there for a few days but the kids enjoyed the game room and the pool. We enjoyed the quite neighborhood. Everything was clean. Host was very responsive with my questions.

Game room

The game room and pool were a smash hit with our 6 year old. The house is cozy with plenty of space for 4 adults and two kiddos to move about. Owner was responsive and helpful when questions arose.

Wonderful stay in Tarpon Springs

This is a beautiful, well-designed house for a comfortable, relaxing stay. More than enough space for our family of 4 to settle in. The pool was perfectly maintained and entertained us when we chose to stay at home. Checking in and out was a breeze. Rafal responded instantly when needed. There were a couple of minor mis-steps, but Rafal was quick to respond and in no way would deter me from recommending this place. The house is near the end of a quiet street that leads near the water where one can fish and spot plenty of marine life, including dolphins. It is also near nice beaches, grocery options, and the sponge docks for good Greek food and outings.

The pelican house was great!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this house. The cleanliness, hospitality, and amenities were top notch. The home is fully stocked and has every amenity you could ask for and more. Pool was nice. Rooms were nice. My family of 4 loved it. 5 stars! We hope to visit again sometime soon!

Nice quiet neighborhood near beach

The house was great. Quiet neighborhood. Only a few minutes from the beach. Close to shopping and Sponge Docks. Even had fruit trees with delicious fruit. The only thing was one towel and washcloth for each person so I was washing those daily.

Great Home and location!

The house was great for 6 adults. It had everything we needed and more. Property manager was responsive to my questions and any concerns. One issue was the low water pressure but seems to be a city problem. Suggestions for improvement updating the birdcage screen to noseeum prevention grade.Thank you so much!!!

BEST NIGHTS SLEEP!

This home was perfect for me, my partner and my 7 year old son. He was so excited to have a pool, ping pong table and the foosball game! The house was immaculate! Out side was a warm pool with a patio and grill. There was a mango tree with RIPE mangos that were delicious. The best part for me was the mattresses! Just the right about of firmness! It was perfect. The beach a few minutes away and downtown was 8 minutes. It was the perfect way to end our vacation.
