This newly renovated Gulf front Villa has 65 feet of water frontage and is steps from the famous beach and short 10 minute walk to Pier 60, the marina with boat rentals, and all the vibrant restaurants. It features new modern beach decor and private backyard and is a true waterfront sanctuary.

Remodeled with STYLE! The Dockside Villa will captivate you by its inviting ambience created by its gran foyer, a large open floor plan and large patio doors connecting the indoor and outdoors.

DREAMY Kitchen. The villa offers a well stocked kitchen with a large island and separate bar and dining area. The island offers seating for 6 people and the dining for 8. The connected living room features a 75” smart TV and ample seating options. Feel like playing a game of pool or table games? We got you covered! A large secondary family room with breathtaking views, and an additional 75” smart tv will ensure that you and your group will have many options to lounge, play, and watch a game. This room offers a brick fireplace for candle use only.

From the spacious and bright kitchen, you will have access to a bright laundry room, a full bathroom on the north wing and 2 additional full bathrooms on the east wing.

COMFY BEDROOMS!!! This 3 bedroom 3 bath jewel offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. Bedroom#1 is a large suite featuring a king bed, double vanity and additional seating. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, and two small closets. Bedroom#3 features two queen beds and a large closet.
In addition to the 3 bedrooms, the game room has 2 futons for the extra guests.

AMPLE PARKING! 4 compact cars can easily park in the large wrap around driveway. No vallet, nor parking fees or traffic jams. You will be able to park and walk to the nearby Pier 69 , marina, and boardwalk, and many restaurants.

The backyard features 65 feet of water frontage, and includes a spacious dock for enjoying the neighborhood dolphins or watching the sunset alongside an extended patio deck. You might also enjoy fishing or catching crabs ( gear included ).

Great Property!

The house was a wonderful property with a great location to all things. The host was very responsive via the app. Check-in was easy and, again, the property was very upscale. Would stay here again!
