July 3rd 2025 update: the association at Harborside has just informed us that on Wednesday July 9th, starting at 10:00 a.m., elevator 3, which is the only elevator to access the 6th, 7th, and 8th floors, will be undergoing servicing for several hours. During this time, guests on the higher floors can take one of the other two elevators that go to the fifth floor, and then use the stairs to access their unit.

This newer 2 bedroom, 2 bath 7th floor end unit (Sleeps 8), is located in the Harbourside at Marker 33 Vacation condos and Splash Waterpark, and it overlooks both the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. With peaceful water views from your private balcony and only 2 blocks from the beach, you won't want to leave!

Walk to beautiful Indian Rocks Beach in 3 minutes or head downstairs to the all ages Splash Harbour Water Park with your 4 free passes ($100 value per day) that can be used every day of your stay. Additional passes are half price. Whether you want to zoom down the 2 water slides, relax on the lazy river, or grab some food and drinks at the Rum Shack, there will be plenty of activities for the whole family without ever leaving the condo.

Feeling adventurous? Explore the city of Indian Rocks Beach during the day for some local cuisine or enjoy the nightlife within walking distance to 10 pubs and bars, with every variety of food and drink imaginable. Dining choices include Mexican, Italian, Seafood, Pizza, Steak, Donuts, an Oyster Bar and even a Bakery.

Rent boats right on the property or dock your boat at the free daily boat slips. If you fish, the large dock area is perfect for you. Did you forget to pack something? CVS is located only 1 block away.

Amenities include a Master bedroom with a King bed, a 40" TV and private bathroom, a second Guest bedroom with 2 Queen beds and bathroom, a private entrance and a 40" TV. The living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper, comfortable chairs and a 55" big screen TV with 70 Cable Channels. The condo also has a full-service kitchen, washer and dryer, access to the exclusive rooftop sun deck as well as your own private balcony.

Just a short drive from Tampa or St. Petersburg, the town of Indian Rocks Beach is a coastal community situated between the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway. Whatever your vacation needs are, you'll find them satisfied in Indian Rocks Beach.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, THERE ARE 2 ELEVATORS THAT TRAVEL FROM GROUND LEVEL TO AS HIGH AS THE 5TH FLOOR, AND ONE ELEVATOR, BY THE ROUNDABOUT, THAT TRAVELS FROM GROUND LEVEL TO THE 8TH FLOOR.

PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty.

Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.

To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.

Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences, and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.
