WELCOME TO El Palmar! Thank you for visiting our listing.
El Palmar is a duplex property (2 Apt) that transforms into one Large Beach House by an INDOOR connection between second and third bedrooms. It is perfect for a large group of friends or a family's fun getaway Across the Beach, where you do not share the amenities.
It's MORE than a WHOLE HOUSE! In addition, it has a connecting walkway between our two balconies (front and rear) for an outdoor connection. The Whole House includes 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 Open Concept Living Areas and 2 Kitchens. Therefore, it is MORE than a House! Our pictures speak for itself!
Beach access at both corners of the property. The closest is on the north end, 3 doors from our front, and a short walk across the street to the beach. Max 2-3 minutes walk. You'll also have a nice lounging area in the back covered patio and private parking too!
