ALERT: Beach Cottages Pool and Pool Deck will be closed starting August 11th, 2025 through December 2025. We will have access to a pool 1 block north of us (3 minute walk). This timeline is subject to change without notice.

This penthouse ocean and pool view condo at Beach Cottages offers a comfortable and laid-back beach getaway, perfect for couples or families. Furniture has been recently updated and you can enjoy Roku smart TV's in each room for endless entertainment. For added convenience, the condo features a wet bar and a wine fridge, perfect for relaxing with a drink while enjoying the ocean views from the living room. Step onto your private balcony for an evening enjoying the cotton candy sunsets of the Gulf. Beach Cottages boasts a spacious pool deck with a heated pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, tables, and gas grills, so you can enjoy a day in the sun. With a building elevator, it’s easy to bring your gear and head straight to the beach or the pool. This coastal retreat offers all the essentials for a relaxing vacation with views that can't be beat!

Condo Features:
Primary Bedroom - Oversized primary suite with King bed, private ensuite balcony access, ensuite bath and smart TV.
Second Bedroom - Twin/Full bunkbed with Twin pullout trundle and smart TV.
Hallway Bathroom – Shower/Tub Combination.
Living Room - Sliding glass door balcony access and smart TV. Enjoy ocean views from your own living room!
Kitchen - Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need while you're away.
Private Balcony - Ocean views and pool views of the turquoise Gulf waters accessible from the living room or primary bedroom.

Know before you go:
Check In: is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out.
Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians.
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap
Parking: 1 assigned parking space is available for 1 vehicle. Additional guest parking is limited and is first come first serve. Utilize parking pass displayed at all times to avoid a fine and/or tow. Association does not allow any trailers or RVs on the premises.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed.
Accessibility: Located on Floor 5 - accessible by 5 flights of stairs or use elevator to access level 5 above parking garage.
Fireplace: Fireplace is not for guest use.
Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent.
Holidays: In the event that you are booking over a holiday weekend or before/after a holiday weekend, you may be required by the association to wear a wristband in order to access facilities (pool, hot tub, etc.). ONLY 6 WRISTBANDS are distributed for this condo. The association will require to view your lease and will provide wristbands. Any guests over 6 will not be provided a wristband and are subject to eviction. Guests of our renters are not permitted on holiday weekends.
