Welcome to the Country Inn! This quaint 1 bedroom apartment is conveniently located in central St. Pete, making it a breeze to get anywhere you may need! We are just a 5 minute drive to I275, which will take you downtown in about 10 mins. St. Pete Beach is about a 15-minute drive, and both TPA and PIE are nearby within a 15 - 20 minute drive! This is a small community of 6 units that share a retro pool! The entire property was designed for vacationers.
A newly renovated apartment with simple decor and plush furnishings. We like to provide everything you may need and more for your short - or long-term stay with us.
The small 6 unit complex is on a quiet residential street just across the street from a community baseball field. The property is extremely quaint and quiet, surrounded by pine trees.
Everything inside the apartment is of course 100% private. All outdoor areas (including the pool) are shared spaces.
I love interacting with my guests however that interaction totally depends on you! Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you need anything at all! I want to make sure you have the best time at my home.
An extremely quiet and residential neighborhood. For being so centrally located and just off Park Blvd, the street is incredibly quiet and virtually noiseless unless a game is going on across the street at the community baseball field
It would be totally doable to Uber. However, I always recommend renting a car to make the most of your stay to the area
This is one apartment of six at the small multi unit complex designed for guests. You will have dedicated parking with the opportunity to bring 1 additional car once you have inquired.
*****PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A 4% REFUND FEE FOR ANY REFUNDS****
Please note this is a commercial property with a commercial pool. Although we do get the pool serviced 2x a week - we do not have control over weather conditions that may affect the pool in-between services. No refunds will be provided if there was perhaps a storm that came by in-between scheduled services that prevent anyone from enjoying the pool. In addition, the health inspector does come by every 6 months and almost every time, there is a new code rule that may impact availability. We will not be providing any refunds for these occasional inconveniences. They happen every so often - if you have questions about the pool availability please inquire before you complete your reservation as I do realize this may affect your vacation and enjoyment of the home and property. We do our best to keep things 100%, but sometimes it is just not possible due to extenuating circumstances described above.
We do have a washer and dryer available on site at the small apartment complex. Please note there are 6 apartments at the small complex and each apartment has a day that is dedicated to them for personal use of the laundry facility. Sundays are first come first serve.
Please note, if you are booking this stay for someone else you will be fully responsible for any damages, late check outs etc.
FRIENDLY REMINDER AND WARNING: If you bring an unauthorized pet to the property and it is not discussed or paid for prior to your arrival, there will be a fee of $300. The pet fee is to accommodate the extra cleaning associated with pets. If my cleaners arrive unprepared to clean up after your pet the $300 fee will get passed along to you. Honesty is our best policy. Please be honest with your fur babies. We are happy to accommodate them.
KIND REMINDER: You have booked a strictly NON REFUNDABLE stay. I encourage all guests to purchase travelers insurance if you think your travel plans could be interrupted by any unforeseeable circumstance.
Please note - there is NO smoking inside the home. There is a $500 fine at minimum for smoke remediation inside the home. There are dedicated smoking areas OUTSIDE where you can smoke if you'd like. If smoking inside is discovered during your stay, you will be removed from the property immediately with no refund. Please respect the home and property by smoking outside and disposing your cigarette butts outside as well. Thank you
