The space offers a cozy king bed, a well equipped kitchenette, and everything you need for a simple, easy visit. While the property is shared with a few other guests, you’ll have your own private studio, and onsite parking makes coming and going a breeze.

Our studio is in a central Clearwater location, just minutes away from top attractions, restaurants, and essential services.

- Downtown Clearwater: ~7 minutes by car
- Restaurants & Shops: Only a 1-2 minute walk away
- Morton Plant Hospital: A few minutes away

Inside your studio, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay:
- Sleeping: King-size bed with fresh linens and pillows
- Dining: Small table with two chairs- perfect for meals or work
- Kitchen: 2-burner stovetop, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee maker, Mini refrigerator,Pots, pans, cooking utensils, Silverware, plates, glasses, mugs, Cutting board
- Shower: Walk-in shower (please note: there is no full bathroom, only a shower and sink in the unit)
- Entertainment: Roku smart TV (bring your own streaming logins)
- Connectivity: Free WiFi
- Climate: Air conditioning for your comfort
-Essentials Provided: Towels (1 large, 2 washcloths, 1 medium per guest), Starter toiletries: soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, Hairdryer, Iron and ironing board, Hangers, Broom and dustpan, Kitchen basics: dish soap, paper towel, sponge, initial trash bags.

You’ll have private access to your own studio, while the outdoor areas are shared with other guests in the small complex.

- No washer/dryer or dishwasher in the unit.
- Stays longer than a week: extra towels/sheets available on request.
- If anything is missing, let us know and we’ll fix it right away.
- Digital self-check-in by code.
- This unit is part of a small 8-unit property; outdoor areas are shared.
- Pets welcome ($100 non-negotiable fee applies; covers special cleaning).
- Any excessive damage will be charged! please let us know if you find anything not right when you check in.
- Maintenance staff (pest control, yard, repairs) may be on property 1-2x per month for upkeep. If you prefer we don’t spray -inside, let us know (it’s safe and highly recommended).
- No bathtub in the unit; there’s a shower only.
- The studio is best suited for solo travelers or couples (less set up for families/children)

Great for 1 person

The property was perfect for me. Pretty positive as far as the space.Only negative was the neighbor was a little load Monday morning at 2am and woke me screaming. And there are a lot of lights around the property and porch so it was a bit bright. May recommend some blackout curtains. Everything worked out well though.
