Great beach stay

Very nice, clean and quiet property with a beautiful gulf view, pool and hot tub. Just the place for a weekend relaxing!

Beautiful view

This condo was perfect for our family's visit to FL. The views were stunning. We had all the space we needed, it was easy to find and centrally located between St Pete's and Clearwater. We would come back here again if we are ever in the area!

Family get away

Spent time with our daughter and grandsons. The sleeping arrangements were perfect. Beautiful beach and lovely salt water pool. Sunset views from the balcony were stunning. Lots of memories made ❤️

Great time as always!

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and love it! Very clean and literally steps from the beach. We saw dolphins several days while relaxing on the patio. The owners, Ken and Ellen, couldn't be more friendly to work with and everything you need is in the condo. Looking forward to our next visit!!

Excellent Owners!

The owners and maintenance staff were excellent and accommodating. We actually rode out Hurricane Helene here! The storm surge was a record for this area. The owner even had daughter bring us food when island was restricted travel! TY We are looking forward to re-booking as soon as possible!

Fabulous place with stunning view and great location.

My family and I were able to spend a wonderful week at this spacious, clean, and comfortable place overlooking the ocean. It was a perfect location and allowed 10 of us to gather with enough room and all amenities. The host is amazing. He promptly answered questions we had and was generous to safely return an item we accidentally left behind after departure.

Great getaway

This condo delivered just as promised! Clean, great view, comfortable beds and furniture. We four adults appreciated having three large beds. Covered parking is a plus. Everything worked as it should. We would return.

Amazing Views!

Our extended family group of six enjoyed a wonderful week at this great condo! The sunsets and expansive beachfront views were stunning - we loved the balcony. The condo was clean and spacious with all of the supplies you need for family cooking. The pool area was well-maintained with lots of space; it was easy to find a shady spot, and never too crowded. Communication with the owners was great, and the location of the property can't be beat! We will be back!

A Great Week on Indian Shores

Location, Location, Location!! This is a very nice property on one of our favorite areas of Gulf Blvd. Everything we needed for a week on the beach or a day at the pool was there! Located close to our favorite restaurants, grocers, and shops....we had an excellent stay. Ken and Ellen are excellent with communication and always responded. We look forward to future contact and thank them for trusting us in their property. Thank you!

Beautiful condo with stunning views

We stayed a week at Ken's condo in early January. It had everything you could want including beach chairs umbrellas Etc. The balcony is amazing with fantastic views of the Gulf. We watched Dolphins every night and saw some beautiful sunsets. The condo was perfect for three couples and had plenty of space. The TVs were really nice and we enjoyed playing some of the games that were there. Check-in and check-out was very easy! Thanks Jane. We would not hesitate to return.

Remember Covid-19? We will.

We stayed just prior to covid-19 shelter in place order. Public beaches were closed, and most restaurants were too. However, this made the private beach and ocean view from this unit even more amazing! Kitchen was well-equipped for making meals, and the sunset views were breathtaking. I'm not sure how crowded the pool and beach would have been for spring break, but we were happy to enjoy the peace and quiet during the shutdown. So glad we got to have this getaway before we had to be "safer at home".

Ken and Ellen are wonderful hosts. They were very responsive with the booking and helpful with questions during our stay. The property is gorgeous and very clean. The view was outstanding, and directly overlooking the beach. I would definitely work with them again in the future.

The perfect baby friendly spot for a family vacation beach getaway

We couldn't have asked for a better spot for our family vacation. This condo slept 3 couples comfortably each having their own room. The view from the balcony was amazing and perfect for drinking morning coffee and evening sunset. We loved being steps from the beach and so appreciated the closet full of beach chairs, sand toys, and even a beach umbrella! The pool was nice and heated with plenty of lounge chairs and we used the community poolside grill as well. We traveled with an infant so the included pack n play and high chair was so nice to not have to fly with those items. We enjoyed nearby restaurants, the bird sanctuary next door, and seeing dolphins right out front! Thank you for hosting us, we'd love to return.

Right on the Beach- perfect location!

Would give this condo 4.8 stars. Great condo and the location in the complex can’t be beat! 3rd floor up and direct ocean front. Great to see kids if they go on and off the beach. What we loved about this unit: Location! A really nice beach and convenient location Beachfront!! Spacious and clean Kitchen The balcony- Amazing sunset views and dolphins too Cushioned cabanas on the beach- $35/day Grills by the pool What we didn’t love: Sliding door in master were broken and did not open- such a disappointment as we love to sleep with the sound of the ocean Broken screen door for the sliding doors in the family room so either had to have the doors closed or open without screen (watch out for birds!) No TV remote in the bedroom with one bed. Nice TV but no way to use it Pool area just okay. Some broken umbrellas and lots of wasted space. Smaller pool. Needs a facelift. No night swimming Overall: Nice unit in an older complex. Owners were very easy to communicate with and helpful. The direct ocean location can’t be beat! Thank you for the stay!

Winter Escape from Wyoming

We really enjoyed our stay at your location. We have been wanting to try a stay on the Gulf side of Florida for a bit now and we fell in love with the sugar sand! The condo was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool and hot tub were definitely a plus on the days that were a bit cloudy and cooler. Just a note to add to your property description though. We rented a 15 passenger van for our group (10 total) and it definitely does not fit in the parking area underneath. Gratefully there was additional parking outside. We almost didn't make it though the parking garage with the van due to the height (by a hair). Overall it was a great place to stay. Thanks again for having us:))

Wonderful Vacation Spot

Our condo was in great condition, the view was breathtaking, and the beach was not crowded and very enjoyable. The deck area was perfect! We also saw dolphins every morning which was a highlight of our trip. We do plan to visit again in the future. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to spend the week with our family!
