A lovely, large forest playground, hiking and Nordic walking trails, and tennis courts are all within easy reach. The Bad district, with its dune spa, health resort, Dünen-Hus (a local cultural center), promenade, and pier leading to the Bad bathing area, can be reached via the nearby pine forest or the paved path along the dike. The beach is just a few minutes away on foot or by bicycle.
