Our server W******y decided he would add another $10 to his tip on our ticket after we left. The front office was good about taking it off. Ate at Ocean House 19 our last night. Big disappointment for a $74 lobster tail that came smothered with a garlic sauce, when we ordered plain garlic butter and a salad that arrived with no dressing. Our server argued with us on both counts. We really enjoyed the man made beach and pool. If you are looking for a resort that is close to Willemstad for shopping and other restaurants, Renaissance is the place"

Waking up to the view from our ocean front room was a slice of paradise. Two comments I have are the air conditioning was horrible, the room temperature was uncomfortable and I wish there were a few more food choice options. "
