7 BEDS - 3 BEDROOMS - SLEEPS 11....Contractors, Business Porfessionals, and Large Groups. This is the ideal place for you. We specialize in temporary housing for business professionals and work crews nationwide. With over 30 different properties in the St Louis area we always have a place for you.
The space
Also great for families with items like pack n play, high chairs, strollers, baby gates are all available upon request.... Quiet neighborhood and a big fenced in back yard.
Your stay also includes a covered deck with outdoor seating and a gas grill for grilling and entertainment.
Other things to note
New 4th bedroom is now in the lower level. A washer and dryer is also included in the lower level for your convience.

Host was promptly responsive, very helpful, answered our few questions succinctly. We had nothing other than totally minor hiccups, easily solved and appreciated this host allowed items left by previous guests to remain available, which allowed us to leave our own "gifts" for the next persons to use as needed. It was very nice and so much better than any hotel.
