The staff was impeccable. Clean rooms, soft pillow, great bed, clean. Then petty was the front desk supervisor and she was awesome. She text me every day asking how I stay was and if I had a question, she would answer it. Love the cookies!

Everything about this stay was great, with the exception of the toilet that you had to hold the handle down forever for it to flush. The staff was awesome. Very considerate and kind. The free cookies were amazing. Overall we had a wonderful stay

I had a wonderful updated room. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Customer service was good. The lobby is starting to show its age and could use some sprucing up. Very convenient location right next to the hospital

Hotel was fine. Could use a refresh or update. Upon arrival the door to our room was open, so that’s a safety concern. Also we had no soap until day 2 and no lotion at all. Towels were touch and go. Good location for what we needed.
