「We were sent to the wrong room in the casino and then asked to pack up and was sent to the players club. It was hard going from the room in the casino over to the other hotel. This was our first time and I wouldn't have booked at the players club after seeing the rooms in the actual casino which where nicer」

But for health reasons we cook our meals, requiring at least a kitchenette for us to stay at hotels for multiple nights during our trips. Very cleverly made hotel description, with photos depicting as if every room (labeled “deluxe”) had a kitchen, and customer reviews of 10/10, stupefied, if not deceived, us completely.
