Great location, beds comfortable, breakfast buffet excellent

This hotel and staff are absolutely great. Great location. If you are looking for something plush with all the extras, this hotel is not for you. It is clean the beds are comfortable. But, the hotel amenities themselves are bare minimum. The rooms are small. We had three adult women in the family room and it was tiny. Barely room for all of our suitcases. There was a double bed and bunk beds. No dresser to put clothes in if you wanted to unpack. Located down the street from the Earls Court underground, which was great to get around the city. We all agreed we definitely would stay there again!!

It was so well located for staying at the airport. Easy to get to even though our flight landed in Terminal 2. The tube system is so good at the airport.

NO face cloth, tissues, phone, and shelves or dresser on which to unpack. The 6 or so hangers in the pseudo closet had those curious connectors to the hanger bar so stealing the hangers would be pointless, but the hangers were a pain in the butt to use. Thermostat kept mysteriously cycling off every few hours. is that some way to save their money at the expense of my comfort? The wi-fi was peculiar and not always effective.
