This beautiful pod .Located in a private area, this home is equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing time away. In a great position in Saint Ives, a stay in this beautiful pod is sure to be one of the most memorable vacations you'll experience.


Staying here allows you access to the private garden.


As a self-catering pod, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The pod is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
We provide fresh coffee , tea bags and milk and some extra treats to help you settle in.



There is one bedroom in this pod which contains a double bed with a comfortable topper. A chest of drawers for clothing etc


There is one bathroom, which is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
There is a private garden with outdoor furniture where you can relax and enjoy a glass of your choice.


Linen and towels are all provided to make your stay more enjoyable.
We have a very high standard of cleanliness and have had excellent feed back from our guests.
There is no official parking space provided with the pod but there is ample off road free parking 2 minutes walk away.

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is no parking available at the property but free off road parking 2 minutes away
- Pets are not allowed at the property.

THE SURROUNDING AREA
The pod is situated on steeple lane and on the edge of beautiful countryside, it is a short walk to the steeple monument which overlooks the bay of Stives and the surrounding area. Here you will see stunning views of the bay of Stives and godrevy lighthouse. It's a great area to explore and a hidden gem of the area.
Even though the pod is situated by this beautiful countryside, it is only a easy and picturesque stroll to Stives town. The first beach you arrive at would be beautiful Portminster Beach with its powder like sand then onward to the harbour and Porthgwidden beach and lastly rugged Porthmeor beach favoured by surfers with an excellent surf school. All the beaches have cafes and restaurants for all tastes and budgets

Tesco and the cornish arms pub are a few minutes walk away .
The pod is on Steeple lane which is very peaceful and quiet . It is a haven tucked away , with its private garden where you can escape to after a busy time on the beach and bustling St.ives but still only a few minutes walk away from the beautiful countryside and steeple woods while being easy reach on foot into the town, beaches and cobble streets.
Here you will have the best of both worlds !
