A beautiful first floor, two storey contemporary apartment enjoying stunning sea views across Porthmeor beach and out to sea. The property has been extensively refurbished to an extremely high standard and has on-site parking for one car.

A cool and sophisticated living area with captivating sea views await guests on this elevated first floor apartment. With uninterrupted sea bound vistas you’d be forgiven not to concentrate on the immersive 4K Plasma Smart TV and sumptuous leather-bound seating. Well-appointed window seating ensures further coastal gazing can be enjoyed on this hilltop location.

An open plan kitchen/diner with a sophisticated designer feel has been beautifully and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has a breakfast bar feature too and comes fully equipped with all modern appliances including a filter coffee machine and integrated washing machine.

Upstairs you will find the two immaculately presented bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite dual head shower with rainforest and handheld attachments, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. This room has stunning views across the rooftops of St Ives and beyond to the sea. The second good size bedroom has twin beds with equally pleasing maritime vistas.
