"The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "

"The setting was perfect, the description of a woodland retreat was spot on. We loved sitting gazing out at the squirrels playing in the trees and were lucky enough to have them come up to the door and peer in. After leaving out almonds for them we had daily visits.Seagulls Rest was beautifully styled, it felt welcoming and cosy. Thank.you to Tina who was so helpful with our enquiries. He kindly gave us a brief tour of the amenities before showing us to our room, which was immaculately clean. The continental breakfast was enjoyable, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. "We had a great stay during the very hot UK weather. The cottage stayed comfortable and relatively cool though as it is well sheltered and shaded. Comfortable sofas and beds, well equipped kitchen, good water pressure for the showers and simple check in and check out process. A quick 5 - 10 min walk in to town and a moderate climb back up which wasn't too bad. Plenty of beaches, shops and bars near by and a great convenient location in St Ives to stay.
