St Helens Beach Vacations from ￥144,380

Lovely location, walk to beach, lagoon, shops, restaurants, cafes. Very noisy Pub downstairs, music on high day and night. Especially bothersome as the pool area was bombarded with load music all day. Pity.

Wonderful place close to the shops and the water

First the good: secure parking is great and the rooms are a good size. However this place is looking very tired. No maintenance is done, shower head held on with a cable tie. Stained carpets and walls and the bed worn out. Balcony is good but unusable with all the smoking going on. Not a smoke free property. No smart TV for streaming or casting. Location is good but how about a coat of paint and new carpets, for the cost. Absolutely no room service for fresh towels etc unless you stay 7 days. Don’t think I’ll be back. Business trip 3 night stay.

Clean room, but had Clean the room sign out for three days. ( Not done) ended up asking cleaner for clean towels. A little disappointing

Continental breakfast was included in the price. No room set up for this. Had to go to reception to advise them what you wanted to eat then take to your room(which was upstairs) to eat.We didn't bother. The TV turned off every 30 minutes. It shared a plug with the fridge. Staff at reception were fine. Comfortable bed. Room was clean & spacious but dated.
